01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on nova88mas (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines, rules, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nova88mas. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has already been created.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with nova88mas, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. nova88mas strictly prohibits access to and use of the Platform by persons under 21 years old. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

• You must not have had a previous nova88mas account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Each individual may only hold one (1) active account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, national identification number (MyKad), email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

nova88mas reserves the right to carry out identity verification procedures at any time, including but not limited to Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide supporting documentation within the timeframe specified.

03 Account Management and Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your nova88mas account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and communications sent from your account, regardless of whether you authorised those actions or not.

You must keep your username and password strictly confidential at all times. nova88mas recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling any additional security features made available on the Platform. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify nova88mas immediately by contacting our support team. We reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.

nova88mas will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from nova88mas that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on nova88mas are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports a range of local payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. The following table summarises available methods and indicative processing times:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. nova88mas does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from an account that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered user may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. nova88mas reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad, proof of address, and bank statement. nova88mas does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or eWallet provider may impose their own charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

nova88mas offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Malaysian residents aged 21 and above who hold a verified nova88mas account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible user, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Refer to the individual promotion page for exact rollover conditions.

06 Betting Rules and Wagering Conduct

All bets placed on nova88mas are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or market. These rules are published within the Platform under the respective product sections, including Sportsbook, Slots, and nova88mas Casino.

General wagering conduct rules include:

• A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet acceptance confirmation from the Platform. Bets pending system confirmation are not deemed valid.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or connectivity issue during the placement of a bet, nova88mas will attempt to reconstruct the transaction from server-side logs. The Platform's records shall be final in determining the outcome of any disputed transaction.
• nova88mas reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly erroneous, whether due to a human error, system error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your account balance.
• Live betting markets, including those available in the Live Betting section, are subject to suspension or closure at any time. Bets accepted before a market suspension are honoured unless the event or market is subsequently voided in accordance with the applicable betting rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and account, at nova88mas's discretion. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice for individual accounts based on betting patterns.

07 Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not engage in, facilitate, or assist with any of the following activities while using nova88mas:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other technological means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems or games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, match fixing, or any form of collusion with other users or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purposes. nova88mas is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with Malaysian anti-money laundering regulations.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity when registering or using the Platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases, or user accounts.
• Publishing, transmitting, or sharing any content through the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the nova88mas Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout, is the intellectual property of nova88mas or its content licensors. This content is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without our prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

09 Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or regulatory requirements.

nova88mas's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms & Conditions, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

Upon account closure, any verified remaining balance (net of any bonuses, winnings derived from prohibited conduct, or amounts subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the international licensing jurisdiction under which nova88mas operates.
